I was able to run Cinebench between 14800 and 15191 at 75C. The single biggest factor was changing the parameter PPT to limit peak power to the CPU, so it can't overheat.

WebProbably a bit late to this but I have a 360mm AIO from Corsair and with a 1 to 2 core overclock to 5.2 and an all core overclock to 5GHz in Cinebench R23 I get a max temp of 85 degree. I have played around with vcore to try and drop it via an adaptive vcore so may be worth trying to fine tune via vcore.
