As a first cut, I would get rid of C2 (22p), and reduce C3 to 1n or 500p. The pots are fine as they are. If you play with the volume at 5 or above it won't make any difference if you clip it or not. You can increase headroom and get a warmer, woodier, softer tone by lowering the pickups on the guitar waaaay down.
