WebOct 8, 2024 · I do put the lid on it when I whirlpool it after the flameout hops are removed though, because apparently it helps form a more compact cone. Other hops that Work well in my experience - Simcoe, Amarillo, Azacca, Falconers Flight Blend I like Centennial, Cascade in flame out additions, but now so much in dry hop additions.
